3. All orders placed on this website must be confirmed with a 100% advance payment. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full. The estimated production time for your order will be outlined on the product page and during checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for dispatch and provide you with tracking and courier/transport slip information.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the delicate nature of our handmade handicrafts, we do not accept returns or process refunds for change of mind or minor imperfections. We understand that each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color, size, or pattern. This is part of the handmade items.
Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is significantly damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide the following evidence: Clear photos or videos of the damaged product, showcasing the extent of the damage. A video of you unboxing the package, clearly showing the damaged product and its original packaging. Once we have reviewed the evidence and confirmed the damage, we will initiate the return process. You will be required to return the damaged product to us in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a full refund or offer a replacement, as per your preference.
Incorrect Items
If you receive items that do not match your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide the following information: Your order number A photo or description of the incorrect items you received A photo or description of the correct items you ordered We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect items. Additional Notes: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for quality issues that are not related to damage during shipping.
